    About Ary

There was a time when I believed life worked like: set a goal, work hard, stay positive, keep pushin'.

And eventually, everything would fall into place, right?

    Not right! lol

For a while, that approach seeeemed to work.

But then life started handing me lessons that actually couldn't be solved with more effort.

Unexpected challenges, uncertainty, loss, disappointments, and seasons that didn't make sense slowly undid the belief that peace could be earned by getting everything "right."

And as much as I wanted answers, I found that what I actually needed was something very different.

I needed to learn how to stop resisting the moment that I was in… and that shift changed the whole way I approached life.

Instead of over analyzing my life situation to the point where it gave me anxiety or making sure I meditated every day or read the next self-help book or listened to a recommended podcast or try to understand what a certain situation was trying to teach me (all with the intention to become the best version of myself), I began discovering something both beautifully simple and surprisingly difficult:

Peace isn't waiting for us at the end of our circumstances... It's available to us in the middle of them.

And that realization became the foundation of Self-Love Prescription.

Today, my mission is to help people rediscover what has been within them all along.

Not by asking them to become a different person.

Not by adding another routine (that doesn't even resonate with them) to an already full life.

And not by convincing them that they need one more course, one more strategy, or one more achievement before they can finally be at peace.

Instead, I help people learn how to bring presence and awareness into the ordinary moments of their everyday life.

Because transformation doesn't always happen during life's biggest milestones.

More often than not, it actually happens in the quiet moments we usually rush past.

And by staying present with uncomfortable emotions instead of trying to avoid them.

And in noticing the stories our minds create and gently redirecting ourselves to the facts of a situation and what is actually still unknown to us.

It's found in discovering that peace and joy aren't things we have to chase...they've been quietly waiting for us to notice them underneath the loudness of our mind all along.

So, everything that I create through Self-Love Prescription whether it's a workshop, a yoga class, a coaching experience, a retreat, or a simple guided pause is built around that belief.

My hope isn't to give people another self-help project.

It's to help them experience themselves, their lives, and the present moment differently.

Because I believe lasting transformation doesn't come from trying harder or even trying at all.

But from surrendering to the natural unfolding of your unique path and experiencing the totality of any given moment.

If my work offers anything, I hope it's this reminder:

You don't have to wait until life settles down to experience peace.

You don't have to become a different version of yourself before you can feel whole.

And you don't have to search somewhere else for what has been quietly waiting within you all along.

Because the greatest transformations begin with something incredibly ordinary:

    One moment of awareness.
    One intentional pause.
And one willingness to simply. be. here...

Peace isn't waiting for us at the end
    of our circumstances.
It's available to us in the middle of them.
